I am ecstatic. Last night I weighed myself and couldn't bring myself to log it at 194.4 so I decided to follow the advice of many on this site, and weigh in the morning before food and after "waking up". 187! 187! Thus is the first significant sign that what I'm doing is working and I'm so happy for that! The positivity was worth it.
