Still at 215. I've heard of other people plateauing after induction, I guess I'm doing the same. I'm actually still staying around 20 net carbs, definitely less than 25, so I guess I'll just stick with it and hope the lbs decide to start coming off again soon. At least I'm not gaining :)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
