Had to retake weight forgot I had my watch and necklace on. I deducted my Socks and Underwear from the total. As I was at the gym had be to at least half dressed when on the scale. Lol.

I wouldn't stress over tiny lil day to day weight differences. You'll end up going crazy if you do. If you know you've do what your supposed to do and put in the work then you can trust your process regardless of a half a lb.
