I love Keto. For the sake of full disclosure I have been on this round of Keto for about 3 weeks now and my actual start weight was around 247/8 but it is only in the last couple of days that I have been tracking my food.

Carbs are insidious little bastards when you are highly restricting them. I have been stuck at 240 for well over a week and couldn't figure out how to break it, so before going on a fast I decide to check my consumption. I would guess I was probably in the 30-50g of carbs a day range, but still eating Keto. And now that I've been tracking look what happens. So a word of warning and maybe wisdom: until you KNOW what you're eating track it!

tl;dr: wasn't tracking, eating too many carbs, tracking now, losing weight again.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
