Even found a bit of caloric-room last night to squeeze in a tiny bit of milkshake as an evening snack!...and...i still managed to loose some weight!

this weekend should be dangerous though: I have firefighter training all day (so i need a decent breakfast) and my folks are coming into town so they'll want me to have a big dinner!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
