WEIGHT 161.4 LBS, BMI 25.3%, BODY FAT 20.7%, MUSCLE 37.3%, WATER 61.1%, BONE 3.9%. I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE WITHOUT THE EGGS AND EXTRA FAT IN MY DIET. MY STOMACH IS NOT BLOATED AND IS LOOKING LEANER THAN BEFORE. MY ARMS ARE MORE DEFINED AND MY THIGHS ARE GETTING MORE SOLID.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
