I think that I have hit my ideal range of between 150 to 155 pounds (on the high side). Since I am a 71-year old male who is semi-active, I will probably not reach my goal of 145 lbs for awhile unless I upgrade my physical activity significantly and/or lower my food intake radically. I guess I am okay with this, but I still think that my health will become optimal at a slightly lower weight.
