1584 kcal Fat: 39.76g | Prot: 87.44g | Carb: 220.17g.   Breakfast: Almond breeze vanilla, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal, strawberry. Lunch: Sabra spinach and artichoke hummus, baby cut carrots,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Rosarita Traditional, shredded mozzarella hytop. Dinner:  brown rice, broccoli, teriyaki chicken. Snacks/Other: raw almonds. more...
