went to va doc yesterday weight was 307 then today went to my doc and weight was 302.4 one of the scales have to be off hope the va ones where lol
302.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I try to remember what I wore each time I visit the VA doc... I don't want there to be ANY mistaking where my weight was/is.

Yeah, noticed that too - even a difference between the one at the COBC in Raleigh's screening station with the one in the VA blood lab - what's up with that? Go figure.
