starting to come off again so i wont blow it this weekend
130.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1091 kcal Fat: 36.55g | Prot: 53.42g | Carb: 138.81g.   Breakfast: Yoghurt and Oats with A Strawberry Layer. Lunch: Cucumber, Boiled Egg, Red Tomatoes, Lettuce, Coleslaw (Commercial), Mushrooms, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg. Dinner: Apples, Apricot Yoghurt, Danish White Bread, Meat Filled Ravioli with Tomato Sauce or Meat Sauce (Canned). Snacks/Other: Sunbites, Less than 2% fat semi skimmed milk. more...
