I'll admit it, i overate last night...i had planned on a ham steak dinner, but at the last minute the meal was switched to meatloaf! Despite my tiny portion; my planned allotment of calories just wasn't enough.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 March 2012:
1214 kcal Fat: 20.47g | Prot: 60.73g | Carb: 209.07g.   Breakfast: 1000 ml water, chobani strawbnerry banana low fat, water, jazz apple, Swingin' Strawberry-Banana . Lunch: giant half and half, splenda, coffee, Water, jazz apple, special K with red berries. Dinner: Pineapple, Green Beans and Almonds, Niblets Whole Kernel Corn, scalloped potatoes, ham steak. Snacks/Other: Jazz Apple, Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, Original Fruit Chews, coffee, Danimals Smoothie - Swingin' Strawberry-Banana. more...
