Yesterday's weigh in shouldn't really count. I weighed myself in the afternoon when I was all excited about getting my scale. My goal is to weigh myself in the morning. So even as my weight will fluctuate throughout the day I will at least be hopefully measuring at a baseline.

Also, I'd like to be drinking more fluids... we will see how this goes.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
