well i thought my day went good til my husband wanted to go to captain ds if he would have told me ahead of time and i would have planed my meals but im still under my 1800 but i think i need to be on 1200 well on to a better day its zumba time !!!!!!!
181.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That has got to be hard! I can not ever ever ever go to Captain Ds since I ADORE their fried fish. Dang, and the hushpuppies. What was he thinking. I am single, so if someone wants to go out with me, they better consult my diet calander. HEHE
