Stupid internet 😲 Anyway, Started back at gym yesterday💪it only hurts a little 🤤 lol... Love starting after a break 😁 cause you can't go too hard so I just enjoy the first couple of weeks 🙄After that the real fun starts 🤓 lol....
189.2 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
