Well this is encouraging!!! I lost 5.8 pounds this past week!!!! I really needed this boost of confidence. I'm going to continue with the 1400 calorie limit and the 20-25 net carb limit for one more week, and see how it goes.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
