Day 2, and the sweets cravings are not bugging me at all...since i added my homemade applesauce in the plan...i do not add sugar, and i know it's not on phase one, but i felt like i was going to die with no sugar, so i guess i'm counting as my "treat." I feel much better over all though!! no lack of energy, and i feel like it's really not that bad! Everyone on here is so motivating! thanks everyone!!
