1660 kcal Fat: 21.49g | Prot: 96.88g | Carb: 277.43g.   Breakfast: virtually fat free, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), bran flakes, Apples. Lunch: virtually fat free, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Zucchini, Garlic, Spaghetti, Onions, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Baked Beans, Kidney Beans (Canned). Dinner: Chicken Nuggets, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), mushy peas, Haddock. Snacks/Other: Pears, oasis citrus punch, Pears, Plums, smart price cottage cheese, Apples. more...
