:( I guess I'll stop eating the Julian bread in the morning. That's really only been the difference I know of. It's possible that me starting the bc pill could have a difference too, but I'm not sure.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let us know if that helps. I have been hesitant to try it because I have read mixed reviews about how accurate the carb count is. I just had it in the back of my mind if I ever get to really craving bread again. I hope you figure it out and start losing again soon!
