So I was 183 this morning, Yesterday I was 182.0 in the morning. Weighing in more frequently, but at the same time each morning will help me see my trend and more accurately predict when I should be losing more weight.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
