I've been on Atkins (Induction) for 3 weeks now. I lost 3 pounds the first week. In the last 2 weeks, I've only managed to lose 2 more pounds. Why have I stalled?
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

How many carbs are you eating? Are you eating enough fat and protein? Going to 20 total carbs 1400-1600 calories helped me out of a stall. adriann123 and kmartin in the Atkins Support and Motivation group are great at examining menus and making helpful suggestions.

Mult - I usually eat 18-20 carbs/day. I haven't been counting calories, but probably should. Adrianna - Nope - yesterday was not normal. I was queasy at lunch and skipped it. I usually eat 3 meals and 2 small snacks. But I do eat sausage for breakfast frequently. Thanks for the encouragement. Ambition - I'll check out your group! Thanks, all!
