Bad day yesterday .. gave in to temptation and bought a beef and gravy roll it was disgusting but I still ate it. Did some serious exercise which was good. Still trying to keep below 1000 cals per day food intake.
But still if you don't put it in your mouth it cannot make you fat. Confucius 1250BC
207.2 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
