Just started back at gym after 4 months not gyming due to my car giving me problems. Everytime I start weights I retain massive water. So I'm not worried because food has been on point. But I feel good. I love lifting heavy things.

But that below 100kg mark is being very elusive.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 99.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
