Correct weight for Tues 3/13/12 is 171.2 Yestetday first meal 3:33 pm at Golden Corral & before bed snack was 3 necterines.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
