Day 2 of Visalus 90 Day Challenge. Seemed to have dropped 3 lbs overnight!?! Worked out twice yesterday (though it was a major struggle), and had some stomach problems too, so that may be why I seem to have lost those pounds....but hopefully I can stay on track and continue to lose them. Had two shakes yesterday, and a fairly high calorie dinner (which I was worried might have been too much)...but apparently the high calories at night helped to give me enough energy to walk last night. I need to be more careful about the snacks I choose to eat though. My body is sore, so I'm hoping I can push myself to workout at least once today.

**UPDATE**

Couldn't manage to workout this morning, but I walked on the treadmill tonight. Here's my stats...

Distance: approx. 2.51 miles (10 laps)

I'm worried I'll be disappointed tomorrow and find out that I'm still stuck on this plateau. I only drank one Visalus shake because the banana flavor was just not to my liking. It was hard keeping it in my stomach; mainly because the smell was horrible (to me). I ended up eating instead of drinking my second shake, but it was only about a half of a bone-in tilapia (not the fillet). Don't know if that will screw me over. I also ate a filling dinner....so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
