Getting back on the wagon is being difficult, top it off with working all weekend, and I'm having a hard go of it. At least I'm back at the gym...

238.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The gym is good... it means that even on a diet you can eat a satifying amount of food. Stress sucks.. apparently bad sleeping schedules actually induce the body to gain weight too... so now I have a reason to sleep :P Good luck
