Today the scale says that I have gained a pound but I am not worried. I am worried that my period haven't showed up. I want a baby but now isn't the time, but if I am so be it. I have been feeling really sick and haven't been working out for a couple of days so I will exercise harder today and weigh myself again tomorrow.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
