almost there after not weighing in for 2 weeks or longer. thought I would see where I'm at. Well guess what I have been doing is working. let's see how it's goes after 2 more weeks of eating in blocks and monitoring my carbs. this is the lowest I have been in about 20 years. Ha ha well maybe not 20 years but its been a while since I weight this.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
