off for 3 weeks, vitamin D deficiency... taking 50,000 units twice a week for 6 weeks... this is why I have been fatigued / muscle and joint pain.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
