Yesterday was my first "Indulgence Day." I ate roughly 3600 calories, in keeping with KingKeld's Indulgence Day diet. This morning, I weigh 1.4 lbs more than yesterday morning. We'll see how my weight moves over the next several days.

I am not pleased with my performance yesterday, in terms of the food I ate. I think my boyfriend and I overestimated the ease with which we could eat so much, and eat such gross stuff. It should have been indulgence, but it just felt like gluttony. We need to figure out a way to consume more calories without relying on so much nasty fast food and processed junk. That is literally all I ate yesterday. I'm disappointed that I didn't have a better game plan for executing my Indulgence Day. Next week will be better, because I suppose yesterday was a trial run to see what it 'felt like' to eat so much. Now we know that we need to plan meals better, and find ways to fill in calories without so much fat.

At any rate, I am eager to see how this will work.
