First weigh-in in nearly two weeks as I've been away with work and not near scales or the internet. Did pretty well I think. Even if I haven't lost heaps I have at least maintained and not put on. Am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
