WEIGHT 161.6 LB'S, BMI 25.4% NORMAL, BODY FAT 20.7% NORMAL, MUSCLE 37.3%, WATER 61.1%, BONE 3.9% NOT AS ACTIVE WALKING YESTERDAY BUT WAS ACTIVE SWIMMING IN THE POOL. GREAT DASY TO DO A DIFFERENT EXERCISE.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
