How did I loose weight? 172.6 yestetday & today 171.8 the lowest I 've been since I don't know when. On Weight Watchers the lowest I got was 176. With how I ate yesterday I thought I'd be up a few lbs. Breakfast 2 slices of cheese. Lunch Lion's Choice reg. roast beef. Dinner Rib City ate 1/2 pork steak, slaw, baked beans. Brought home half of pork steaks. Dessert at Dad's cherry turn over. Before bed 2 necterines.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
