I also forgot to enter my weigh in the other day. Down 30 lbs!!!!! Wooohooo. Now on to my next goal. To reach under 200 by june. I hope ...no, no, no...I WILL reach my goal : )
223.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 March 2010:
2455 kcal Fat: 200.34g | Prot: 137.39g | Carb: 22.68g.   Breakfast: heavy whipping cream, coffee singles, diet pepsi, sargento pepper jack cheese slice, eggs. Lunch: baking powder, unsalted butter, EGGS, FLAX MEAL, diet pepsi, philadelphia cream cheese, celery. Dinner: diet pepsi, tomatoe, fresh express lettuce trio, tillamook sliced cheddar cheese,  sauteed yellow onion, canned white meat chicken. more...
