So, Monday, I weighed myself just to see how bad the weekend was. : 0
166, What!
I did the thumb test on my calf,YEP! dimple.
Water retention.
So, tried no salt added, all week.
Not doing the Tuesday Morning weigh in.
I waited til today.(monitoring all week : ( ).
162 average. Maybe, the scale needs new batteries.
I got on like 4 times each time different.
First time 160, then 163, then 162, then 161.
So, I settled for 162.
Haven't walked yet today.
Still have more work in the bathroom, to do.
Reserving energy for the ladder.
Got to rinse the ceiling and the walls.
Then wash the floor.
Probably walk before dinner, like usual.??????
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 21.0 lb a week
