okay so it doesn't look like i lost but in actuality i did. at WW since i haven't been in three weeks, i showed a gain, but i only got back on track last sunday, and i'm down about 8 pounds so thats good, hopefully now when i go back to WW next week i'll be down more. giving myself a little treat day, and then back to it tom. i stayed away from desserts, watched my portions and stayed within my points and did well, so this week i'm going to concentrate on tracking and drinking more h2o. and cont. what i started, i've been lax way too long and it's time to buckle down now. i still want to lose more and i'm just going to have to control myself if i'm going to do this.
