Day 1 of 21 day detox down, 20 to go. Good start. I feel less bloated already.
Day 1 of 5 days w/o dairy down, 4 to go.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
