day 11 of SBD. I am a little discouraged. I have only lost 4.5 lbs. in 11 days. A lot less that I am hearing from other people. I haven't had any bread, pasta, baked goods, rice, potatoes. I have been following the diet as accurately as I can imagine. what am I doing wrong? Could it be the sugar free popsicles and jello?
