Yeah! This is great! I'm down 2 lbs, 0.9% fat, and up 0.1% muscle!!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.5 lb a week

What diet are you following, I thought you were SB but your profile says Sparkpeople? Whatever you're following, GREAT JOB! Yeah for you!

I was doing SB, as it works really well for me, but I tend to fall back on eating what's allowed, but no variety and no portion control...like all nuts, cheese, and meat. So I thought I'd try a plan focused on reducing calories, and managing portion control. It's a lot slower than SB for results, but so far it is easy to follow, I am getting a lot more variety, and it's consistent. I do much better with a meal plan, and this meal plan is much easier than SB...not as healthy but a huge improvement over what I eat when I'm not keeping track. That being said, I'm having a rough couple of days, just not feeling motivated by the slow loses. But I'll get through it,and reading through fatsecret always helps :)
