Lost the drive. It takes only three days to break a habit, and I was off exercise for 1 1/2 weeks! For shame! I was also eating poorly/ trying to find the right balance in my diet. Swearing off things just isn't working for me so I will just consume less of them. I'm going on a juice cleanse on Friday for one week. I'll be getting all the nutrients I need concentrated and cleaning out my body for a reboot. Lose a few pounds too.

Happy to be back!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
