Weird week as you can see in my weight history. Got a touch of I suspect food poisoning and lost a lot of weight to dehydration early part of week so upped intake - But also due to lifestyle requirements had to switch to pre exercise weigh ins (hence sudden gains). Back to post exercise now and looking fit - Ran training half marathon (13 miles) Sat in 1:50 pretty happy that it didn't hurt and then ran 10Km over rough terrain in 49.03 a PB for me over that cause so very happy with my current fitness level though think theres more in these old legs - looking to hit sub 6 Min/mile in the next 12 months . Not bad from 91Kg and unable to run 50 Steps without knees/Back killing me.!!
