Was feeling a little ran down so took it easy. I'm suppose to be tapering anyway so no big deal. Also got my calories back up to make sure that wasn't the cause.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
