I recieved my new running shoes yesterday. Went straight away to the gym and ran 1.5 miles. I am so sore today I can barely walk right. I think it was really a combination of the new shoes and the lunges I did in TKD class afterward. Other than that, my eating was right on track, not too much but I did have a bunch of calories late in the evening.
285.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
