I am happy with my weight loss this week. I am going to really try to get a 2 lbs loss next week and will see how it goes.
I am back with my routine and eating all my points. Also I have been back at the gym and I am just feeling so much better about myself.

168.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
