Increased water, sleep. No processed food, no matcha tea, no miso soup. Lots of veges, homemade hummus and dried fruit and nut bar. Still feel colon is partially full, not completely empty when discharging. Keep water up, exercise each day at leas half an hour. Only drink on Friday if weight under 88kgs on Friday morning. Light eating today.
