1399 kcal Fat: 22.44g | Prot: 63.42g | Carb: 246.41g.   Breakfast: Bananas, weetaflakes, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Boiled Egg, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, Tomatoes, fat free vinaigrette. Dinner: Kidney Beans (Canned), Baked Beans, extra lean minced beef, tomatoe, zucchini, onion, garlic, spaghetti. Snacks/Other: turkish delight, light virtually fat free natural yoghurt, Blueberries, Apples, Bananas, apricot virtually fat free yoghurt. more...
