Today breakfast scamblef eggs & 3 pancakes 3" size, butter & a little pancake sruyp. Lunch at church after funeral service. 2 thin half slices ham, small servings of green beans, rice caserole, potato caserole, & fruit salad. Small piece of marble cake with chocolate frosting.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
