As my weight loss had slowed doing LCHF alone I have decided to incorporate 3 x 500cal fasts each week on Mon, Wed and Friday. I have done loads of reading and the health benefits seem amazing!!!! I did my first one yesterday and it was OK and today i feel really good and my appetite is reduced so fingers crossed it may be a winner for me!!! 😀
141.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
