Ok.. here we go again!!! wow I gained a lot, but I know I can do it
I will do it! for good.. :)
A year ago I was just starting too and went away in Sept. 2011 so I know that I can do it again ...
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
