Not great, but I will take it. It could have been worse.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Every small loss eventually adds up.....as long as you lose something every week, no matter how small..... don't give up.....keep going !!!
