I have just returned from a 10 day vacation, which included a 7 day Alaska cruise (food, food, and, more food), and, even with all the food, I managed to maintain my weight. I walked the steps often and did a lot of walking through the various towns on our ports of call, and, we danced almost every night. Along with drinking lots of water, and watching my food intake, i am very happy to report my weight this month.
